Kimchi is delicious and spicy and goes well on all kinds of food. But Americans have been slow to embrace it.

What better way to introduce kimchi to the Western palate than as a condiment familiar to all Americans? That's how we came up with the idea for creating American dill pickles brined in Korean spices under a new brand, Korean Pickling Company.

Watch out, sriracha. There's a new Asian flavor in town.
